DeKalb FBC initiates new Caring for Cubs program

First Baptist Church, DeKalb has started a new missions program called Caring for Cubs.
This local mission provides a change of clothes to the school nurse at DeKalb Elementary for students so students spend a minimum amount of time out of class and parents miss a minimum amount of work.
Sizes needed for this ministry are 4T -12, boys and girls.
All items must be new, with tags attached or in sealed original packaging. Items include underwear, tights, jogging pants, t-shirts and sweatshirts. Items that stretch can accommodate a range of sizes and can be found on clearance tables.
Donation boxes will be in the church office or if you want to donate money, just write Caring for Cubs in the designated area. Community members and businesses are encouraged to give generously and support our local students.
