Conner and Duffer Insurance Agency is an independently owned and operated agency that prides themselves on keeping the customer at the forefront. Although the agency has been around since the mid 20’s, it became Conner and Duffer in 2000.
With a staff well versed and educated in the insurance needs of their customers, including Steve Conner, Chad Duffer, Cindy Ross, Pam Kumpe, Nadine Foster, and newly added, Tim Graham, the agency has over 100 years of combined experience in the insurance business.
The agency’s newest member, Tim Graham, is a well known and respected man who has a long standing history in the community, being a businessman in New Boston for over 20 years.
    After being approached by Chad Duffer and taking a much needed break, Graham decided to change career paths and made the decision to become a part of the Conner and Duffer crew.

On November 17, 2014, Corene Roberts fell in her kitchen. She called her daughter, Crystal, and her son, Billy, who called 911 for an ambulance. She was taken to Wadley Regional Medical Center emergency room where an X-ray did not show any abnormalities.
She was then admitted to HealthSouth Rehab Hospital for physical therapy.
She continued to have a great deal of pain in her back, so an MRI was performed, showing a compression fracture. After two weeks she was discharged home. Back surgery was then performed at Christus St. Michael’s Hospital on December 17, 2014, by Dr. Marc Smith.
She was discharged home where she began to fall more often. Dr. Wong, her primary physician, ordered in home physical therapy.
On June 24, her physical therapist arrived to find Mrs. Roberts had fallen again, this time hitting her head.
She again called her daughter and 911. She was met at the hospital emergency room by all of her children.

6:00-7:00 a.m.: Quints start to wake up.
7 a.m.: Diapers are changed, then morning bottles, check temperatures, get breakfast ready, draw up all the kids’ medicine, and watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
8 a.m.: Sit at the quint table and eat breakfast.
8:30 a.m.: Get dressed and play.
9 a.m.: Therapist show up for therapy.
10 a.m.: Nap.
12 p.m.: Lunch time.
12:30 p.m.: Play.
2 p.m.: Nap time.
4 p.m.: Dinner.
4:30 p.m.: Play.
6 p.m.: Bath time, get dressed for bedtime, take medicines, play.
8 p.m.: Quints go to bed.
8 p.m.-10 p.m.: Clean up, relax, and hope the quints sleep all night.
